• Cover, remove or protect items that are against the structure. Mask doors, windows, and fixtures to avoid damage to these items
• Determine type of paint that has been used in the past and choose the appropriate primer. This will allow the two surfaces to bond
• Scrape, sand, and spot prime gutters and downspouts
• Scrape, sand, caulk, spackle, putty and perform minor repairs on fascia, siding, entryways and doors. Remove hooks and nails at client’s request, fill and repair holes
